Dining With Diabetes, a four-part educational series on diabetes management, will be held by the Tandem Clinical Research Center on June 4, 11, 18, and 25 at 6 pm at OnPath Foundation. Participants can sample healthy foods using the concepts taught in class.
The program will be conducted by Elisabet Trujillo, Nutrition and Community Health Agent for Jefferson Parish with the LSU AgCenter and Carla Rosales, Physician and Community Liaison with Tandem Clinical Research. Participants will receive information and recipes presented at each class.
