COOKING CLASS: Cooking for People with Stomach Issues

FreeTandem Clinical Research, in partnership with the Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine, is excited to announce a special cooking class designed specifically for individuals living with ulcerative colitis, IBS, Crohn’s disease, constipation or gastroparesis. The event will take place on September 7th from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm at 300 N. Broad Street, Suite 102 in New Orleans offering participants practical guidance on managing their condition through diet and nutrition.
This unique cooking class will be led by expert chefs and nutritionists from the Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine, renowned for its evidence-based approach to culinary education. Participants will learn how to prepare delicious, digestion-friendly meals that are both nutritious and easy to make at home. The class will focus on ingredients and cooking techniques that support gut health and minimize symptoms, providing valuable insights into the role of diet in managing these chronic conditions.
Class participants must wear closed toe shoes and head coverings.
