Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Research
COPD Research Study
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or COPD, refers to a group of diseases that cause air-flow blockage and breathing-related problems. It includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis. COPD makes breathing difficult for the 16 million Americans who have this disease. That’s why Tandem Clinical Research is looking for volunteers for a research study of an investigational COPD medication designed to improve lung function. To qualify, you or your loved one must:
- Be 40 to 70 years of age
- Have a diagnosis of COPD
- Be a current or ex-smoker
- Be on 2 or more inhaled medications for management of their COPD
Qualified participants will receive study-related medication and care. Compensation for time and travel may be available. To learn more or schedule an appointment, complete the form below!
