Benign Esophageal Strictures Research Study
Benign esophageal stricture refers to a narrowing of the esophagus (the tube from the mouth to the stomach). It causes swallowing difficulties for thousands of people in the United States each year.
Tandem Clinical Research is looking for volunteers with benign esophageal strictures for a research study of an investigational device. To qualify, you must:
✓ be 22 years of age or older
✓ have a current diagnosis of symptomatic esophageal stricture
✓ have had at least two previous dilations in the past 12 months
✓ be willing to undergo a medical procedure to treat their current stricture
✓ be willing to participate in the study and attend all study follow-up visits
