Osteoarthritis Research Study
Osteoarthritis, also known as “wear and tear” arthritis, is a joint inflammation that results from cartilage degeneration. Osteoarthritis of the knee is the most common form of arthritis, and is the most common cause of disability affecting millions of people around the world. As the disease advances, the condition can become extremely painful and debilitating.
That is why Tandem Clinical Research is looking for volunteers with osteoarthritis of the knee for a research study of an investigational medication. To qualify, you must:
- Be 40 to 75 years of age
- Have a diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee
- Have pain from osteoarthritis of the knee
